The “Comunidade Vida e Paz” is an organization that supports the homeless, with the aim of reinserting as active citizens in society. It is a Private Institution of Social Solidarity (IPSS), an institution of the Lisbon Patriarchy, and is headquartered in Alvalade. It is inspired by Christianity, but welcomes the fact that the support of huge organizations and people from different faith and different humanistic reasons, which join it in providing service to society.
Distributes food (28 800 sandwiches and 1920 liters of milk per month) and clothing for about 450 homeless people in Lisbon, every night of the year as a way to build relationships with these persons, that allows to know their situation and help them or encourage them to enter the rehabilitation program. The distribution of food and clothes are made by street-teams. Every night, 3 teams (on average, with 9 elements), go through 3 different routes in the city of Lisbon. There are several companies and benefactors contributing to the content of dinners (two sandwiches, a cake, a piece of fruit and milk), and some also contribute as volunteers.

“Arte Sonora” (Sound Art) is a magazine about music and musical events. Instrument and musical equipment tests, interviews, reviews of albums and concerts, and photo-reports of the most important events of what is happening in Portugal and abroad in the music world.

The hologram is the first novel by young Portuguese writer Pedro Miranda. In a unique blend of science fiction, fantasy and urban mythology, this book does not focus on the battle between the tired concepts of Good and Evil, but rather explores the true nature and properties of our universe, the nature of chaos and paradigm “freedom versus survival”.

Miguel Gomes is a young Portuguese driver is giving his first steps in real racing, leaping f rom computer simulators to the “real thing”. You can find him performing in the European Late Model Series or in a simulator near you.

The Why Angels Fall is a Portuguese metal band, formed from the ashes of another band named “Te Deum”. With melodic and dragged sonoroties WAF is currently about to release their first album by the publisher Bubonic, which is expected to be released before the end of the year. They also recorded the EP “To the sun …” and participated in the tribute album to the band Skepticism, recording a version of the theme “Shred of light, pinch of endless.”
