Jorge started online racing in October 2006, in the first Portuguese Classic Car Championship hosted by SimRacingPortugal.

In 2007 he had his first appearence in the third Portuguese GT Championship, finishing 3rd in the GT2 class, in a BMW M3 GTR. Since then he has been a regular presence in Portuguese GT and Classic Car Championships.

He has raced endurance events as well. In the 2007 GTR-Italia Nordschleife 24h Special Event he finished 3rd, in a Maserati MC12.

In 2010 he will drive in R4 GT3 and GTO Championships.
